Debut release from JR Seaton and his Nocturnes label, already massively sought-after and now available in very limited supply. Rolling out two tracks of melodic and upbuilding techno, 'Vertigo' revolves around a space cruising harmonic bassline with fluttering electro-flute notes and wispy vocal drones coaxed forward by pulsing machine rhythms reminiscent of the deeper dancefloor records we've heard this year. As the session gets deeper 'Yphsilon' extends the vibe with insistent sub-driven kicks and spatially scattered percussion setting the bed for a gorgeous flute refrain to move into the foreground and command your attention.
